I guess it stems from my years on the internet and just being a tad bit askeered to share too much personal information. Yeah, that's why I publically blog, right? Notice how as soon as I discovered people were actually reading my blog, I switched all personal information over to a private one. Go me! Chicken. Heck, it took me almost a year of being on facebook before I would even admit what high school I went to lest someone should accidentally find me!
So I gave them a name. I said, just use the name Kris. It's not my full name, it's my nickname slash e-name, the name I came to be known by on the world wide web years ago (took me a good five years just to admit that much) when I started hanging out on it, and certainly the only name I admit to when being associated with "one cute blog". They, as in, not just the editor of the book, but the actual publisher, contacted me and asked me to be a little more specific. So I got brave. Gave them my full name, first and last. It's a huge step for me.
How cool is that to have your name in a REAL live being published and sold at major bookstores book??? ME!!! YIKES!!! I guess this means that it's going to be harder to get tired of my little hobby of making a few blog templates just for the fun of it any time soon... which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Right? YIKES!!!
