Poor ole squirrel...

Remember the other day when my power went out and I got really really bored, so I went for a nice long drive around the hood? I found out what caused that outage - poor little thing never even knew what hit it!



The bad thing was, this happened in my freaking back yard! I heard it pop, but never once thought that I could go out and find a dead squirrel on the ground. I also never once thought to call the power company because surely it wasn't anything at my house that caused the outage! Yeah, maybe the power wouldn't have been out for four hours if I'd a known any of this. But then again, if it hadn't gone out for so long, I might not have gone for a drive and captured some swawesome photo's of the 'hood.

Just because...

On all the photography blogs I drool over, I see nothing but cute babies... cute baby toes and fingers and noses... so I decided I had to go find myself a cute baby today. Unfortunately, this darling masterpiece, Jaidyn, was in NO mood to have her photo taken today. *sigh*

Isn't she the cutest? I told you I had the cutest nieces and nephews EVER!


I have two more babies to visit soon... Cash and Samantha. With any luck, one of them will be a tad more enthusiastic about modeling for me.

Instead... you will just have to suffer with more pictures of MY baby... just because are so... Ishee... I couldn't resist...


In other news... our local Linens and Things is one of the many going out of business. *boohoo* I love that store. I ventured in to see what I could find that I couldn't live without, and it was lots and lots, but I'll wait for awhile and see what else goes on sale for even more that I can't live without. In the meantime... I got myself a new set of sheets! I LOVE new sheets. It's been a LONG time. I can't wait to sleep on them!

When's the last time you held a newborn or slept on brand new sheets? HUH?
