Yesterday, I came home and found the driveway torn up, and looking like this:
I scratched my head and thought what the heck happened? But, with 900 things on my mind right then, I forgot all about it until later that night when dh asked me what caused this:
Honest and for sure? I don't know, but I have a dang good idea! When I left home yesterday afternoon, I noticed that the phone book delivery people were out and about. In fact, they were trying very unsuccessfully to back out of my aunts driveway next door. I kept waiting for them to run into the fence, they were doing so bad. Normally, they leave the phone books out by the mailbox, especially on long driveways like mine. Our phonebook was on the front porch. As far as I knew, they were the only ones in and out of the driveway that day. And Ishee's bike was lying on the edge of the grass. Hmmmmm...... I'm no detective, but this was clearly a hit and run!
