52 Photowalks -Week 18

Be prepared for picture overload. Don't worry, it's worth it. At least I think so. It is my goal this year to see more of this beautiful area in which I live. And photograph it while I'm at it. It's hard to believe I've lived here for my entire life (I'd tell you how many years that is, but then I'd have to kill you), and I've seen so little of it. We just never go anywhere. But, we're going to change that.

This weekend, the husband and I went for a Sunday afternoon drive. Actually, we took the really long way home after dropping off the Redbox movies... past Heise, a local hot springs swimming area. It's been forever since I'd been past the turn off to the pool. Totally worth the time!

There was massive amounts of deer, a red barn, cranes, water, swamplands, and most importantly, some pretty handsome company. If you are my facebook friend, you'll know which one is my favorite... it was sure hard to choose this week. Which one is your favorite?

very pretty--and what a variety of subjects to shoot. I especially liked the nesting birds.
