Let me first off admit to you that I am totally and completely cheating this week! It's not intentional, really. I blame mother nature. She's a bag! She messes up ALL the fun around here. I knew just what I wanted to take pictures of, but then it rained and it rained some more and by the time it was done raining, I needed hip wader to get to where I needed to be. So I cheated - last April (this week even), I wandered out into the yard and took pictures of some of the miscellaneous odds and ends lying around. I got some of my very favorite shots ever! Some of these things are no longer around as my father in law had a big yard cleaning party last summer when they built their new house. He dug a big hole and buried 99% of it out back. I was glad I had these pictures to remember all this junk by. True story.
And I have nothing even remotely related to being rustic IN my house.
So here is my cheater post with my cheater pictures - I hope you enjoy them anyway. I promise to be better next week (we're supposed to have sunshine for a few days! WOOHOO!).

Personally, I don't mind your "cheating." ;) Fantastic pictures! It reminds me of the time we rented a house that had more barn space than home space, and the barns were still filled with old farm stuff/equipment that the landlord had not gone through. Great shots!
