Saturday, December 12 - It snowed! Yay! It's been too cold this winter to do much snowing, but as soon as it warmed up to a double digit temperature, it started snowing. We (and by we, I mean, the husband, while me and my bad back stood around and watched) took full advantage of it and took the kids sledding around the yard. It's a good thing, too, since it rained Wednesday and the snow is pretty much turned to mush.
Tuesday, December 15 - Imagine a picture of a bunch of silly young women playing a super fun party game called "five on a couch" ...
Wednesday, December 16 - Imagine a picture of me jumping up and down when my boss decided to give me the rest of the year off from work....
Thursday, December 17 - Imagine a picture here of all the candles on the dining room table after the power went out for an hour or so. Can you say major electronics withdrawals? Even our cell phones were down! ACK! No texting? We'll surely die! I tried to take a picture, for reals, but ironically enough, my camera battery died right then, too. How convenient. We scrounged up every candle we could find and played Apples to Apples. Kids had so much fun that one of them actually cried when the power came back on. And we are clearly pathetic parents.
Maybe tomorrow I'll take a picture of something... but don't get your hopes up.

Cute! Love the Apples to Apples story. Too adorable!
Taking a picture a day is not easy -- believe me, nor is it always inspiring (I've taken more pictures of weeds this year than I care to admit).
I have been lax with the camera also, too busy, and besides how many pictures can one take of a neon blue tree.
Great pics and I love the "imagine" idea. I tried to do the picture a day thing. I think I lasted 3 days.
Go me.
Maybe 2010??
