The month of October, I took the fewest amount of pictures I have taken in probably five years.
I decided I would remedy that by taking a picture a day in November. *sigh* Maybe next month.
Sometime in the last 20 years, algebra ceased to be math and turned into gibberish. Good thing my husband can figure this crap out, otherwise my uber-smart 10th grader wouldn't have a 4.0.
I promised my 7th grader a showing of "New Moon" at the theater if she'd pull her grades up to a somewhat reasonable letter. She has never worked so hard. I hope she does it. I really want to see it. The movie. And her decent grades.
My 3rd grader gets totally embarassed when I talk to her at school. So I pretend I don't know her. Then she gets offended. She's so hard to please.
It snowed. It was beautiful. I didn't take a picture before it melted. I'm not sure where my camera even is. Unfortunately... its guaranteed to snow again.
I had my first and hopefully last root canal and one of two temporary crowns put on this week. Two and a half hours of nitrous oxide can really give one a headache.
Final dress rehearsal for our "Ten Virgins" production is Saturday. Showtime is Wednesday and Thursday nights (in case you happen to live close by and want to attend). I am so not ready for this, but awful glad to be done with rehearsals!
My boss asked me to go full time. I hated to tell her no, but I did anyway. I still haven't figured out how to work part time and function as a mother/wife. It's my goal to have that figured out by the end of May. Wish me luck.

LOL...that's funny about your 3rd grader! As my kids get older, I'm finding out they are harder and harder to please! :)
Congratulations to you, Mom! You are doing it. I can tell. As for the root canal, I had four this year...FOUR! I feel your pain.
I love your photo. Excellent post!
I loved your random PSF! I know what you mean about losing your math skills after all these years. I had to go buy a book to refresh my memory.
Oooo, I LOVE randomness! Great photo. And if you had any math smarts in the first place you are a couple up on me...I never had any to lose!!
Three cheers for randomness! A fascinating look into your little corner of the world.
You can go to new moon for me. I can't get the boy to talk to me either. Oh course I have to see him.
Hope your play goes well..... break a leg (not literally!)
Algebra and I never have gotten along, my son has to figure it out on his own! :)
Kids are so funny luckily mine are still mostly alright being seen in public with me..... the high schooler is beginning to be embarrassed though!
