The other day I went to help my mom quilt. We showed up to their house and their car was there but nobody seemed to be around. The TV room was empty, and mom wasn't sitting at the quilt, and well, they are old and generally if the car is there, they are not too far away. So I hollared "Is anybody here?" Dad replied back "Yeah, we're in the bedroom." My girls proceeded to walk over to their bedroom and one said "what'cha doing in there?" to which my dad replied with "We're making out!" Honestly, I didn't dare go in there. One never knows. I did find them out of breath, but that's only because they were changing the sheets, and that's hard work these days.
I finally have tile on my bathroom floor, no grout, but we do have tile. We let it dry for a few hours then tried it out before going to bed last night. I need to buy some rugs, or we will surely have frostbite on our toes. We are such tile virgins!

Can't wait to see pics of the bathroom! And LOL about your parents "making out" Ewwwww. ;o)
I never quite sure what to think about your parents, especially the crusty guy.
ROFL! Oh, no, you do NOT want to picture your parents making out. Ick. They crack me up.
Love your signature thing :)
Very Cute.
And your kids went running in there?! OH - I can't even imagine - don't parents have to stop making out once their kids are married or old enough or something - not only that - A NOONER? Woah! I haven't been on your blog forevah - tons of things here - LOVE the picture of your shower! you could run that heating element thing under the floor to keep the tile warm...a guy like Cody could do something like that in a 10 minute sitting...haaahaaaaa! Where' have I heard that before?
Krista - I finally have a minute and thought I'd check out your blog. I laughed and laughed about your parents. It's true you never know...now that I am a parent I truly treasure those times alone in the bedroom with your hubby and understand why my parents locked their door. And I now know why it is sooo annoying when those precious children bang and scream at the door, just as I remember doing myself. Hope all is going well. Love your blog, mine needs attention in the worst way, but I just can't seem to find the time. Oh well life does go on. Have a great day! Sarah
