Mastering the art...

I have mastered the art of wasting time. It's not like I have a list a mile long of things I ought to be doing or anything, and yet what do I sit and do? Play with photoshop. I tell ya, it's addicting!

I watched an episode of "The Whole Picture" on DIY yesterday (which is not on TV anymore, but used to be back when I recorded it on my DVR) on black and white photo restoration. Since then, it's all I've done. Restore old photos... and scrapbook them, of coarse. I've got a little project going in my brain, too. When don't I have a little project going in my brain?

What better subjects to work on that my favorite black and white people... my parents... their photos anyway. Ishee always asks who invented color and when, and what did grass look like before color was invented, stuff like that. Just because all the good old photos were in black and white, she thinks everything back then was black and white, too. *ha ha* I could really confuse her by letting her watch Pleasantville.

Before's and Afters.... not to shabby, me thinks!

I heart photoshop!

Great photos! Your parents are so cute! I love that time period. Great uniforms, beautiful hair, lace and pearls, voila!!

That is too cute about your little girl asking about color. I love the movie Pleasantville... so I think it would be hilarious if you let her watch parts of it. lol
