Gadiantons and the Silver Sword

After finishing the first book in the series, I darted to the library for the next. My thoughts on this book are... take a photocopy of Lord of the Rings, take out the ring and insert a sword, and changing names of Frodo and Sam to Jim and Garth, and you have this book!
I definitely liked the first one better, as did my husband who also listened to them, but I can't wait to get the next one in the series (which is currently not in the library right now, so it will be a few weeks)!

i LOVE this series, kris! i listen to the books on cd all the time ... they're wonderful, aren't they? my kids like to listen to them and then find the scripture story to see what's true and what's not. *rofl*
oh wowo, I never knew you could get these to listen too. Kylie has this series and she has up to book 10, so I am hanging out to get the next one to read and add to hte rest of her series so Sheldi can have. So glad that you love the books too. x
