Nobody is really sure why we still have an Easter egg hunt at Grandma's house.
They filled a bazillion eggs, taped them shut
(grandpa thought the kids needed a challenge, I guess)
and made my brother in law hide them around the yard.
Then they sat on the couch and watched The Masters on TV
while my kids mostly watched their eight year old cousin gather the eggs.
My kids humor her and almost participate.
Air-bear humored us until she saw the camera's.
She just knew we were going to post a picture of her hunting
eggs on Facebook.
The boy humored us until he decided he'd rather spend
the day with his girlfriend.
Ishee barely humored us at all.
She mostly layed on the ground and pouted.
She is far to old to participate in such childish acts
like hunting Easter eggs!
Hard to fathom, right?
They gave me approximately 12.6 seconds to take a group photo.
I think this one needs to go on grandma's mantel.
Great grandma and grandpa were there, too.
It seems like there is a major golf tournament on every time they visit.
I think they plan it that way on purpose.
We sneaked home for a little while and took a nap and colored some Easter eggs.
After a ham and turkey dinner back at grandma's house,
we sneaked off again and went to the golf course.
Air-bear had a big golf tournament at the country club the next day
and her putting was in need of some serious work.
Maybe if she layed on the ground to line up her putts, it would help?
It works pretty well for that one dude.
She did get a little mini-lesson from assistant pro, Tyson.
Her putting still needs serious work,
but she is doing the most important thing she can do for her golf game...
She's having SO MUCH FUN!
Happy Easter!
