"T" is for Torrential

Last fall, I went for a walk down by the river to take some pictures of the waterfalls by the LDS temple. Captured at just the right moment, (such as this stunning photo taken by the very talented James Neeley) this is one of the most beautiful sites to behold.
I have yet to capture it at just that right moment. It's still a work in progress.
This weekend, I took the husband on a photowalk to see what had become of the waterfalls thanks to the very wet winter (and spring) we experienced.
The river is overflowing. The water falls are barely visible.
The torrential floodwaters of spring.
Check it out.

Great shots, our rivers are like that here as well. We have had so much rain.

Very scenic but the rushing water can be scary too!

WOW! You have had a lot of rain. I love comparing the two photos of the temple. Neat post.

My, that really is a torrent of water. Lots of rain and the snow melt have overflowed the banks for sure.

Fabulous shots of torrential water flows! It has been the coldest and wettest April and May for 50 years here on the We(s)t Coast! lol

Great photos. I love the lines in the first one. The temple in the background adds a lot to the photo.
