"M" is for me, myself, and ... me

"Me" happens to be my least favorite subject to photograph because "Me" can be so malcontent when it comes to taking pictures.

It doesn't help that "Me" is almost always behind the camera instead of in front of it. "Me" kind of likes it that way, though.

But here she is in all of her glory... "ME".

She even combed her hair.

On a Monday.

Which meant the first words out of Ishee's mouth when she got home from school were "Where'd you go today?"

Nowhere. Why?

"You did your hair".

Hmmm... I wonder what she is trying to tell "me"?

Check out ABC Wednesday to see what other marvelous and magnificant "M's" were captured this week.

In the first picture you look like a brown eyed beauty...in the second picture a blue eyed beauty. I like both. :)

I never want tight close-ups of my face. Don't like to see my wrinkles highlighted. Your hair is getting long! I just whacked mine off.

Great photos, Kris! I am just like you... when I die, my kids will forget what I look like because I never hand the camera to someone else. I am going to try this.

And can I say, you still look like a teenager! :)

marvellous indeed! I dont like being photographed either - got to think about the health and safety of those around me! lol! Thanks for contributing, indeed it is one of my favourite Memes too - but then I am biased aren't I?

Great shots and collages. I love being behind the camera taking pictures and don't usually like being it's subject. You did a great job here.

Wonderful photos of a beautiful lady and a great post for the M Day! Actually had a pic taken of me yesterday when I was having lunch with a visiting blogger friend, but that's a rare one! The camera is usually in my hand, but not pointed at me! Have a great week!

nice job--even if we don't like it I discovered a few years that it is important to have pictures of "me" otherwise how will we be remembered in years to come. I went years avoiding pictures and so I'm not in them--sad :(

I love the pictures of Me, Myself and Me... You are very lovely, and your daughters looks like you. And the guys are very handsome also. You all are just the Super Cutest Family...

Lovely photographs! How come you look so serene? If I did that I would either be frowning/squinting/one eye closed/anything unflattering!

I can see Lynette in some of these, I can even see a little Janet in one but no me or Kaylene. What gives?

Great shots of you, yourself, and you. I think doing self-portraits are the hardest to do.

Aren't you just beautiful?!! I wouldn't have known that your eyes were so very blue, without that close up. Nicely done!!

My oldest son asks me every single day, on the way home after our bus run {I'm a school bus driver}...."So, mom, what'd you do today?"

Every. Single. Day.

I wonder what he thinks I do all day.

Love your curls :)
