This is a semi-permanent fixture in my bedroom that I wish would just go away...
Yep, red... I've had red in here before, loved it, the husband loved it, but I got tired of it. He talked me into bringing it back, but this time we compromised by bringing it back in accents only.
The north and west facing windows give off the perfect amount of light.
Daisies are a common theme in my room... love them... they are so ordinary. Just like me.
Some of my blue ribbon photography (small county fair, haha) adorns the shelf above the bed.
The new bedspread I got on clearance at Dillards... feels like a luxury hotel bed without the really expensive pricetag!
With red pillows for accent. 
Take note of the blue blanket on the bed, which totaly doesn't match, but is rather my futile attempt to keep the cat hair OFF of my bedspread!
And finally, the newest addition to the room is a CTR ring my husband bought me... as for why, that's just between him and I, and has a whole lot to do with why my blog posts are so far and few between these days. 
And I wish this was a permanent fixture, but alas, the roses won't last forever. It was a sweet gesture from my husband on a day when I needed it the most. Oh, how I do love him.

That's a cool ring - that's NOT what I pictured - not green at all ;) Awesome rose picture - and I like daisy's too, I just planted some african daisies (white & purple center - and yellow w/ purple center) in my yard!
