I've already failed at this picture a day thing, but that doesn't mean I can't keep trying. Right? Especially now that I've decided to start using my cell phone camera - because it's my blog and I can do what I want to.
Friday - February 26 - You don't get the honor of being student of the day when you do things like write "student of the day" on the window in sharpie marker. Looks like someone forgot to check her e-mail again.

Saturday - February 27 - She will totally make it in life as a foot massuese... but not a pedicurist (is that even a word?).

Sunday - February 28 - Can you guess what this is supposed to be? Winner gets to come clean "the student of the day" off my dining room window! Hint: it's not an alligator.

Monday - March 1 - Told you I'd start using my cell phone camera! We've been reading stories in speech about leprechauns and their silly little tricks they do every day. I'm beginning to think there is a leprechaun in my office as I can leave my drawer nice and tidy at the end of the day and the next morning it looks like this. Every. day. Surely my boss wouldn't do this???

Tuesday - March 2 - Guess who's birthday it is? C'mon, go ahead.... it's not mine... but someone as equally as cool for SURE....

Wednesday - March 3 - Hello! My name is Ned. This is my giant head and it's filled with all sorts of plastic things that are supposed to be disgusting, like giant ants, used q-tips and wet diapers. All the kids in this class either love me or detest me. The photographer finds me a tad obnoxious, as does her third grade daughter. Luckily, not everything is always about her... or her third grader. Somewhere out there, someone loves me...

Thursday - March 4 - This gorgeous sunrise was a pleasant surprise when I opened the front door to look out and see just what it was banging against the side of the house all night long! Ah, the cord to the Christmas tree lights... which is now laying in a snow bank and is very lucky I didn't just kill it.

Is that creature a hippo? Very creative sculpting! : )
I love the sunset. And the organized craft drawer too!
Great pics this week!!!!
We have about five craft drawers that I will NOT be taking a picture of...wanna come organize them??
Is the sculpture a...dinosaur? I am totally lame at guessing this kind of thing. Ask my kids. :)
I'm smiling ear to ear...what a fun post! Ted is way cool. My teacher always had us reach into a shoe box with a hole cut out of the top. And that sunrise? Absolutely beautiful.
I'm so glad you're continuing the struggle!
The guy that invented permanent markers is rotting in some place very cold and dark.
I say the thing on February 28 is a dragon!
And really Kris, is there anyone equally as cool as you?
(Oh, and that sunrise is something I could wake up to everyday -- I love sunrises!)
The student of the day note was kinda funny! :)
The sunrise is stunning!
The sharpie thing is a riot! It's hard not to laugh at it.
I love the head and always wanted one for my classroom. Consider me jealous.
And your little leprechaun must really get around, cause I think he's been spending time here, too!
I'm thinking a hippo or a pig--but I'll pass on the prize (too funny) and just take an extra peek at that beautiful sunrise!
Your leprechaun has done a NUMBER on my desk. Your drawer looks clean compared to mine.
And, a little rubbing alcohol will get that marker right off:)
Birthday? Dr. Seuss!
My daughter adores Ned.
