
What's more American than apple pie? I don't bake much, I certainly don't bake pies, I don't have any apples hanging around, and it's way too early in the season for anything but this:

The apple blossoms are plentiful this year. Given the mood mother nature has been in this spring, it's rather surprising, too.
It's just too bad the tree produces nothing but bite sized bitter green apples!

Oooh, you've GOT to enter the bee one in the fair . . . I love the texture in that one. VERY NICE, Kris! Can you get some good lilac shots? I love LILACS and can never get a picture that seems to capture them as well as I'd like.
