The projects of this week have been officially dubbed the San Francisco Projects. My husband doesn't go out of town much any more, but when he does, I like to have projects to keep me busy and make the time go by faster. This week was no exception. Between trips to the store, painting, sewing, new fish, and custom jewelry orders, before I knew it, the week was up.
My husband was not scheduled to be home from his meetings in San Francisco until late this evening and I received word late last night that thanks to the drug Vytorin, he will be home in approximately three hours from now. That means my final project of the week will have to be put on hold until I can find the time to work on it again. Instead, I have to do the one thing I have avoided all week ... and I do mean avoided to the fullest possible extent ... housework!
I won't be sharing those pictures with you as it's just plain embarassing to admit how little I've done in that area. We all have days like that ... I had a week. Do you know the damage three (well, two, my scouter boy doesn't do much damage anymore) children can do in a week? Did you see that episode of My name is Earl the other day where they took Joy's trailer house and rocked it back and forth until it tipped over? I'm not so sure somebody didn't try that to my house when I wasn't looking. I'm not sure how they did it, but I'm pretty confident it happened.
So on that note... thank you for your comments regarding my various projects this week. It was fun to work on them, and fun to share them with you. We will now proceed with our regularly scheduled posting of boring and mindless dribble! Thanks for playing. I'm off to play maid for a few hours!
